I will gladly makes copies of any of this stuff for anyone who is interested, BUT, I will not let go of any originals and although I am not making such an offer to make money, I will not do it at my expense.  Also, anyone who wants to see the originals in person, may do so, but I suspect you will have to come to me, unless I happen to be in your neighborhood.

I also must mention, that just because someone throws around the name TESLA, does not legitimate them.  They may have NOTHING to do with Tesla or his technology, or even understand it.

Around 1991, I somehow learned of a group calling itself C.O.N.S.E.R.V.E. Financial Services of America (CFSA).  This group was headed by Dennis M. Lee.  I read the crap and fell for it.  I tendered the monies and received my "Public Awareness Kit (PAK). Click here to see a copy of the cover of the PAK.  I received my PAK and in it was 3 video tapes (2 hour each) and a book and some other papers.  The papers indicate that Dennis M. Lee has been at this since 1987.  With this PAK was a paper called “A Declaration of Energy Independence”, which we signed and registered with C.O.N.S.E.R.V.E..  I have noticed that they are STILL using “A Declaration of Energy Independence”, check http://www.halls-adtech.com/Free%20Electricity.htm.  In what used to be their first paragraph (but has moved around with page changes), they say

 

“If you do believe, then forfeit your security, keep the materials, and make your own "Declaration of Energy Independence", sign up and receive 10 registrations for Free Energy, one for your home and 9 for friends and family!”

Btw, C.O.N.S.E.R.V.E. is an acronym for “Costs of Owning the Newest Systems of Energy.  Reduction are Virtually Elininated”.  Do not look at me, I only copied what is in Dennis M. Lee’s
papers.  C.O.N.S.E.R.V.E.

A PAK is what they are still offering.  Check http://www.free-electricity.net/ and click on their “Free Electricity Generator” button.  On that page the 1st paragraph says
 

You should notice that you are only offered an OPPORTUNITY.  Have you ever heard of a raffle?  You are only buying an opportunity a chance at getting something.

As of July 2004, the pages are changes on the site in question and the direct link is http://www.free-electricity.net/compare.html and a copy can be seen reproduced here (in case they kill it or change it or move it).  The above dialogue is no longer on the page.  But, a new one just as clever is there.
 

This is much like the earlier dialogue.  Now, you are buying (amoung other things) a FREE REGISTRATION.  It is not a free machine, but merely a registration for a machine.  Have you ever listened to those car commercials?  "All credit applications will be accepted".  You of course probably hear that as you credit worthiness will be approved, and you will get the car, but in fact it only said they will let you complete an application and take from you (and probably run a check on you), but nothing is said about your approval, but you think it.

The same is true here.  You read what you want it to say.  Lee has been doing as good as a used car salesman and you are buying.

The more I read this stuff, the more I realize it is written poorly, but simply.  The hoaxes are clear, but then the people have been well trained by Madison Avenue to read what they want into what they see and hear.

As of July 2004, the page is no longer pops up, but much of the same concepts are incorporated in the new page.  It is interesting to note that the new "free electricty" page is not the front page anymore.

Back around 1991, Dennis M. Lee was offering a CHANCE of a different, yet similar product.  His alleged “big product” then was an “Adiabatic Bicoannular Reactor” and rigged to produce 85,000 KWH/yr.  It comprised a Geo Phiysical Heat Pump and a Fisher Heat Engine Generator.

I was to be an owner and distributor, but for ten years I keep waiting for my CHANCE, my OPPORTUNITY.  Notice I do not say my MACHINE, because then and now, all Dennis M. Lee is promising his supporters is an OPPORTUNITY, not a machine.

Recently, the reports from Dennis M. Lee and his distributors, including at least one of the web sites, claim they have 900,000 supporters.  Being that some of these are were simple registrants, at 60.00 to 100.00 each, and some were distributors, at thousands each.  If we can safely say the average was a mere 100.00.  This means Dennis M. Lee has collected in the neighborhood of 90 MILLION bucks.  If I was running this scam, I would have, by now, taken the money and skipped the country.  Golly, give me half that and I certainly will make products that will benefit the people.

As mentioned near the end of this page, December 28, 2002 was the deadline that Dennis had promised to the nation to install free energy machines in 100 different sites across the country.  This is the third failed date for this year, and part of over 16 years of making promises.   It has only been recently that he imposed an absurd requirement to get 1.6 million people to pay to sign up for it.

It should be obvious to any clear thinking person that if these “powerful” economic interested people wanted to stop Dennis M. Lee, the better way to do it is while the devices are not yet distributed among the masses.  Further, Dennis M. Lee’s people claim to have 2,500 of these new units waiting for delivery.  In the original C.O.N.S.E.R.V.E. propaganda claimed the same thing.  In fact, to dispel the charges of his violation of the S.A.M.P. (Seller’s Assisted Marketing Plan) act, Dennis M. Lee issued some pictures to prove the products existed.  But I still have not gotten mine.  Even today, I honestly do not believe there are 2,500 units waiting for delivery now.

“The Spotlight” newspaper, of February 12, 2001, has also been duped and published a nearly full page ad for Dennis M. Lee.  I am sure that Dennis paid “The Spotlight”, so I do not blame them, but they have been duped.  You will notice the language here is very much like that of the http://www.free-electricity.net/ site.

As of August 2004, the late William Cooper's site "the hour of the time" is promoting Lee.  The webmaster,  Robert, was contacted about the matter and he explained they were taking a safe middle of the road stand and letting the reading and listeners decide.  To that end, the have included this site and Eric Krieg's (link below) site for evidence in this matter.

I have seen an obvious pattern in the market Dennis M. Lee targets.  In the "patriot" and "Religious" (especially the gullible "Christian") circles, there is a lot of deception.  There are a lot of patriots for profit, a lot of preachers for profit.  Then there are a lot of scam artists who see pigeons ripe for the picking.  Some of the guests of "Art Bell" are examples of these type profiteers and artists.  I prefer to believe that the "truthradio.com" people do not know that Dennis M. Lee is one of these profiteers or artists.  The success of Dennis M. Lee is because he has done VERY WELL at perfecting the terminology and showmanship of his scams.  Unless you are of the FEW who can understand the junk he promotes, you will be duped.  Unfortunately, the few do not own or run the newspapers, radio stations, web sites and such.

We must be careful.  The enemy does not have to do much to defeat us.  The enemy only has to let the natural forces of human nature do their part and then what is left will be easy for the enemy to pick-up.  They can let our own greed and ignorance divide us from each other and form our wealth. They can be patient and let us struggle after our own individual desires and ignore the BIG PICTURE, which has the advantage of keeping us from pooling our resources for the benefit of all. Banding together and uniting is a tactic that the socialist and liberals do very well.

We must be careful of the small percentage of worms in the bushel of good fruit.  They will make the rest look and taste bad, while making themselves look and taste good.  Of course, that will only last till we get a tummy ache.  But by then we have already passed the germs to someone else.
