All this because you blurted out, while somewhat inebriated, "F*****g Jews... The Jews are responsible for all the wars," to a Jewish cop who was arresting you? In that moment, once again, we saw you speaking for us, we heard the spirit of the larger-than-life heroes you have portrayed. Far from being reprehensible, what you said gave us hope that, somehow, we can reject the Globalists and the agenda that has hijacked our nation; that, somehow, we can force an end to the insane Middle Eastern killing being done by them in our name, using our money.

Show us where your family is being held hostage, Mel. We will come to Southern California from all over America. Then, just as you showed us how in The Patriot, we will get them back for you, using muskets and tomahawks, if necessary.

Thrill us, one more time, as we march in force down Hollywood Boulevard after those JDL gangsters, with: “Aye. Fight and you may die. Run and you will live - at least, a while. In yesterday's statement that I like to think was drafted by the ADL, the following is attributed to you, Mel: "(I) am a public person, and when I say something ... my words carry weight in the public arena. As a result, I must assume personal responsibility for my words..." True. Very true. But, here's the problem, Mel: You should be far more concerned about the effect your words have upon your loyal fans and supporters than upon those whom Jesus Christ called "the Synagogue of Satan."

Do you really think that groveling before the Jews will gain you even an inch with them? Ask David Irving how far years of sidestepping and carefully-worded statements got him. You'll find him sitting in that Austrian jail cell, of course, charged with Hate Speech by Jews for having told the truth in his capacity as one of the foremost historians of our time. The truth. I met your father, Hutton, three years ago at the Barnes Review/American Free Press Free Speech conference at which both he and I spoke in Washington, D.C. Thus, my disappointment is greater, even, than most after reading your written apology.

You didn't get back any Jewish fans with your self-debasing apology, you know. In fact, you've probably lost more of them now that you have given them a reason to not respect you, in addition to already disliking you.

As I said, you should worry more about us, your steadfast supporters in Middle America, best exemplified by those of us willing to take a stand for our beliefs, both Christian and Nationalistic. If somebody of your stature ... with your money and prestige ... with your raw talent, as exhibited both on and behind the screen ... in the final analysis cannot - will not - stand up and spit in the eye of the single most tyrannical and despotic group of people in the world today, then how do the rest of us stand a chance? That is the significance of what you have done, Mel. You have let us all down with this apology that neither the Jews nor the rest of us believe you mean. It is a stunning tribute to the powers that be, the insight into the American and Western world psyche and their skilful use of propaganda to exploit it. Crisis management experts are calling for the creation of a "Untied Nations army" - an international rapid action force that could be deployed within 48 hours to intervene in emergency situations around the globe. Composed of up to 15,000 military, police and civilian staff, including medics, the proposed force would be recruited from mercenaries hired by the UN from many countries, and based at designated UN sites.

It actions would be authorised by the UN Security Council - according to the Toronto Star: "It's not a new idea, but it has now come into its own," said Peter Langille of University of Western Ontario, one of the major contributors to the book 'A United Nations Emergency Peace Service: To Prevent Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity,' which will be presented at the UN on Friday.

'With countries moving away from UN Peacekeeping, and troops overstretched in countries like Afghanistan and Iraq and possibly Iran (the rapid reaction force) has new appeal."

The new emergency force could cost $2 billion to establish, less than the wars that have plagued Africa and Asia in recent years. "A UN Agency would be the first time in history to offer a rapid, comprehensive, internationally legitimate response to crisis, enabling it ot save hundreds of thousands of lives and billions of dollars through early and often preventive action," the book states."

There is a vast army of unemployed Chinese who probably would not mind seeing the world by way of a paid mercenary UN 'peace enforcer.' God help us.

For many of you, it comes as no surprise that surveillance towers along public highways, suspicionless checkpoints in the interior of the country and unreasonable searches and seizures have become common themes in the federal government's ongoing war of terror. In few places is this more apparent than to those of us who live and work within 100 miles of the Southern border. A sort of Constitution-free zone where all individuals are considered guilty by federal agents who, more often than not, are.

Take for instance a Homeland Security checkpoint I was stopped at in April 2005. All East-bound traffic along State Route 86 was being stopped by Border Patrol agents while seized vehicles were being loaded onto a tow truck in the background. After being stopped, one of the agents demanded my citizenship while failing to identify herself, the purpose of the stop, or its scope. She also failed to explain why travelers in the interior of the country were being seized and harassed absent reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing while the border she was being paid to patrol was over 40 miles to the South.

In response to the demand for my citizenship, I asked the agent to identify herself and the purpose of the stop. Reasonable requests from any freedom loving American in such circumstances. Instead of responding however, the agent demanded that I pull my vehicle off to the side of the road. I asked if I was being detained and was assured I was not. When I requested to leave however, I was told I wasn't free to go.

"Uhmm, we went to the academy and we had to learn the law sir. Your... it's not a reasonable suspicion to be pulled over, it's called mere suspicion to be pulled over to a secondary...."

Shortly thereafter, another agent attempted entry into my vehicle and demanded that I unlock my door even though according to them, I wasn't being detained. As I sat there at a suspicionless checkpoint on a public highway in the land of the free and home of the brave while not quite being detained but not quite free to leave, the federal agent continued trying to break into my vehicle. Eventually common sense won out however and a third agent indicated I was free to go but not before recording my license plate and stating, “we'll find out who you are”.

Amazingly enough, within four days of posting the web page, a Department of Homeland Security computer began hitting the website multiple times a day and downloading hundreds of megabytes of data. This harassment continued for several weeks until I finally blocked access. Even more interesting however was that several weeks after the incident, the Border Patrol packed up their surveillance tower and 'High Intensity Enforcement Area' signs along SR86 and relocated them to Yuma, Arizona. Little explanation was offered regarding the relocation after having been present for nearly two years.

While the Border Patrol has never directly responded to my inquiries, I have received responses from the offices of Congressmen Grijalva and Senator Kyl. Congressman Grijalva's office has an open inquiry nearly a year later and has indicated DHS continues to stonewall their requests for information while refusing to explain why federal agents attempted to break into my vehicle without reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing.

Senator Kyl's Office has been less responsive but did forward a letter from the Tucson Sector BP Headquarters that I have responded to. Amazingly enough, the Border Patrol admits in the letter that contraband interdiction is one of the primary purposes for such interior traffic checkpoints even though the Supreme Court has consistently ruled such checkpoints are unconstitutional. This hasn't deterred the Border Patrol from conducting such checkpoints under color of immigration enforcement however.

Given the government's well documented disregard for constitutional constraints, we can expect more of the same until a critical mass of individuals say enough is enough. Until that time comes...

Some staff members and commissioners of the Sept. 11 panel concluded that the Pentagon's initial story of how it reacted to the 2001 terrorist attacks may have been part of a deliberate effort to mislead the commission and the public rather than a reflection of the fog of events on that day, according to sources involved in the debate.

Suspicion of wrongdoing ran so deep that the 10-member commission, in a secret meeting at the end of its tenure in summer 2004, debated referring the matter to the Justice Department for criminal investigation, according to several commission sources. Staff members and some commissioners thought that e-mails and other evidence provided enough probable cause to believe that military and aviation officials violated the law by making false statements to Congress and to the commission, hoping to hide the bungled response to the hijackings, these sources said.

In the end, the panel agreed to a compromise, turning over the allegations to the inspectors general for the Defense and Transportation departments, who can make criminal referrals if they believe they are warranted, officials said.

"We to this day don't know why NORAD [the North American Aerospace Command] told us what they told us," said Thomas H. Kean, the former New Jersey Republican governor who led the commission. "It was just so far from the truth. . . . It's one of those loose ends that never got tied."

Although the commission's landmark report made it clear that the Defense Department's early versions of events on the day of the attacks were inaccurate, the revelation that it considered criminal referrals reveals how skeptically those reports were viewed by the panel and provides a glimpse of the tension between it and the Bush administration.

A Pentagon spokesman said yesterday that the inspector general's office will soon release a report addressing whether testimony delivered to the commission was "knowingly false." A separate report, delivered secretly to Congress in May 2005, blamed inaccuracies in part on problems with the way the Defense Department kept its records, according to a summary released yesterday.

A spokesman for the Transportation Department's inspector general's office said its investigation is complete and that a final report is being drafted. Laura Brown, a spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Administration, said she could not comment on the inspector general's inquiry.

In an article scheduled to be on newsstands today, Vanity Fair magazine reports aspects of the commission debate -- though it does not mention the possible criminal referrals -- and publishes lengthy excerpts from military audiotapes recorded on Sept. 11. ABC News aired excerpts last night.

For more than two years after the attacks, officials with NORAD and the FAA provided inaccurate information about the response to the hijackings in testimony and media appearances. Authorities suggested that U.S. air defenses had reacted quickly, that jets had been scrambled in response to the last two hijackings and that fighters were prepared to shoot down United Airlines Flight 93 if it threatened Washington.

In fact, the commission reported a year later, audiotapes from NORAD's Northeast headquarters and other evidence showed clearly that the military never had any of the hijacked airliners in its sights and at one point chased a phantom aircraft -- American Airlines Flight 11 -- long after it had crashed into the World Trade Center.

Maj. Gen. Larry Arnold and Col. Alan Scott told the commission that NORAD had begun tracking United 93 at 9:16 a.m., but the commission determined that the airliner was not hijacked until 12 minutes later. The military was not aware of the flight until after it had crashed in Pennsylvania.

These and other discrepancies did not become clear until the commission, forced to use subpoenas, obtained audiotapes from the FAA and NORAD, officials said. The agencies' reluctance to release the tapes -- along with e-mails, erroneous public statements and other evidence -- led some of the panel's staff members and commissioners to believe that authorities sought to mislead the commission and the public about what happened on Sept. 11.

"I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described," John Farmer, a former New Jersey attorney general who led the staff inquiry into events on Sept. 11, said in a recent interview. "The tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public for two years. . . . This is not spin. This is not true."

Arnold, who could not be reached for comment yesterday, told the commission in 2004 that he did not have all the information unearthed by the panel when he testified earlier. Other military officials also denied any intent to mislead the panel.

John F. Lehman, a Republican commission member and former Navy secretary, said in a recent interview that he believed the panel may have been lied to but that he did not believe the evidence was sufficient to support a criminal referral.

"My view of that was that whether it was willful or just the fog of stupid bureaucracy, I don't know," Lehman said. "But in the order of magnitude of things, going after bureaucrats because they misled the commission didn't seem to make sense to me."

Crop circles have started appearing again in the English countryside, but this time in a new permutation.

A crop circle in a complicated three-dimensional design was discovered in the first week of July near Ashbury, Oxfordshire. The exaggerated perspective of the formation, which is approximately 360 feet in diameter, suggests a bird's-eye view of a group of skyscrapers, as though the viewer was looking down on a city center from directly overhead.

The new circle is located near the famous Uffington White Horse and a Neolithic burial chamber called Wayland's Smithy, which dates back to 3700 B.C.

The formation was originally spotted by the pilot of a microlight aircraft. When Steve Alexander heard about it, he immediately hired a helicopter to get a better view. The 34-year-old crop circle researcher, who is the co-author with Karen Alexander of a series of crop circle yearbooks, was stunned by the unique pattern in the wheat field.

"Of late, the crop circles seem concerned with the moving of one dimension into another," Steve Alexander said. "This is perhaps one of the most striking and overt expressions of that idea to date."

Some, like movie director M. Night Shyamalan, have suggested that crop circles are the product of paranormal forces or extraterrestrial beings.

"As to who or what created the circle, I don't know," Steve Alexander said, musing at the possibility of alien artists. "If people made it, then it was planned and executed very well indeed, and it was not made by people coming out of the pub after a night on the razzle. I went into the formation on the ground, and it is very impressive. It was constructed very well, the best ground quality I have seen this year."

"I know from my own experience that even the most complex of crop circles can be man-made," Lundberg said, "so I don't see any need to invoke aliens to explain this one away."

Lundberg agreed that the artistry of the Ashbury formation is exemplary. "I think any circle makers would be proud to create something like this. It's a very accomplished and well-executed crop circle."

As Lundberg is quick to point out -- and contrary to some reports -- the Ashbury circle is not the first example of the use of 3-D perspective.

"The first time 3-D geometry was used in a crop circle was actually seven years ago, back in 1999," Lundberg said. Along with fellow artist Rod Dickinson, Lundberg created a demonstration crop circle for U.K. newspaper Daily Mail. The team created a design based on the Penrose Triangle, an impossible 3-D object.

Lundberg said the Ashbury circle was likely created by a team of four "terrestrial artists" working quickly under cover of darkness.

"Ninety-nine percent of circles are made at night between the hours of darkness and first light," he said. "Everything has to be completed by first light otherwise there is a great risk that the people making the formation will be spotted.

"The circles operate as Rorschach tests, writ large in the fields," Lundberg added. "People interpret the designs and their meaning according to their own belief systems. I think many people do crave mystery and wonder. The circles can fulfill that role for them as ultimately they remain authorless, and that gap in information allows people to speculate about their origin and meaning."

Ken Mathison states in the July 16 Everybody's Column: "Our founders included the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms for the law abiding . . . " In this he is right and wrong. Though a life member of his organization, SCOPE, my research about the Second Amendment indicates that the founders' statements about the right to keep and bear arms included all "free men."

If this is the case - and I can find only one reference by Samuel Adams ("The Constitution shall never be construed . . . to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms") that might suggest that the Second Amendment applies only to the law abiding - then all persons who have been formerly incarcerated but have been freed after having paid their debt to society are eligible to own and carry personal arms.

Thomas Jefferson noted, "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."

So Jefferson thought it important that free men have arms, even if those free men were criminals. Further, he wanted every citizen to be at all times armed to protect against the encroachments of foreign invaders, government tyranny and those individuals who would seek to reign tyrannically, including criminals and bullies.

Even Richard Henry Lee (father of Robert E. Lee) stated, "To preserve liberty it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them . . . "

Patrick Henry said, "The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun." He did not preclude even former criminals from owning or carrying arms.

Even later reformers understood the need for all citizens to be armed. Malcolm X stated, "The Constitution of the United States of America clearly affirms the right of every American citizen to bear arms. And as Americans, we will not give up a single right guaranteed under the Constitution."

Susan B. Anthony related, "I declare to you that woman must not depend upon the protection of man, but must be taught to protect herself, and there I take my stand." How better for a woman to protect herself than with arms?

Assistant Kings County District Attorney Marc Russo declared, "All civil liberties involve social cost. But the cost is lower than that of their absence, which would expose us all to organized oppression, both criminal and official, much worse than random street crime.

"And the costs of such liberties diminish appreciably in societies that demand personal responsibility and conformity to the rules of civilized behavior . . . A society that wishes to remain democratic can never allow the behavior of the antisocial to determine the boundaries of its rights."

He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00 to $30.00/hour in benefits.
Working Americans are lucky to have $5.00 or $6.00/hour left after paying their bills and his.
The American taxpayers also pay for increased crime, graffiti and trash clean-up.

They have NEVER, despite what Israel says, they have never attacked Israel, they have not attacked the northern border. It is Israel that has sent rockets into southern Lebanon on almost a daily basis and this is documented in daily UN reports of the situation.

The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)'s publishing arm has released a book that says President Bush organized New York's Sept. 11 attacks.

The decision by the 160-year-old Westminster John Knox Press, the trade and academic publishing imprint of the Presbyterian Publishing Corp., to attribute the attacks on the World Trade Center brings into the U.S. religious mainstream a conspiracy theory long held by the world's jihadists.

In 'Christian Faith and the Truth behind 9/11: A Call to Reflection and Action,' author David Ray Griffin calls the United States the world's 'chief embodiment of demonic power, says he initially scoffed at 9/11 conspiracy theories.

But after investigating he concluded that the Twin Towers were brought down by controlled demolition, military personnel were given stand-down orders not to intercept hijacked flights and the 9/11 Commission, ostensibly created to uncover the truth behind the events of 9/11, 'simply ignored evidence' that the administration was involved in the attacks.

Griffin further asserts that such events such as that of 9/11 are part of a long history of 'false-flag attacks,' attacks orchestrated by governments against their own people to garner popular support for military action.

Griffin is a professor at California's Claremont School of Theology and Claremont Graduate University, and a codirector of the Center for Process Studies.

Wagner's Ride of the Valkyrie billows from huge loudspeakers strapped to the undercarriage of helicopters flying in formation. The camera closes in on a clearly deranged Lt.Col. Bill Kilgore (Robert Duvall), shouting over engine noise that the music "terrifies" villagers, just as his airborne cavalry troops swoop down upon a small Viet Nam village, showering the residents with rockets, bullets and napalm.

Despite bullets flying and shells bursting all around, Kilgore does what any real leader of men might do under fire: he goes surfing. This scene from Apocalypse Now has come to symbolize for me the insanity of war, at once both random and calculated.

So what do you suppose America does in Iraq, a country that we supposedly invaded so as to take away Saddam's "Weapons of Mass Destruction?" Why, in the finest tradition of Lt.Col. Kilgore, America napalms Iraqis, of course. Never mind that napalm is a genuine weapon of mass destruction. Never mind that its use is the very personification of terror. Never mind that its use is a war crime. The people flailing about, burning alive and screaming in agony, know nothing of treaties, signed or unsigned. So what? After all, we're talking America here.

Confronted, Pentagon spokesmen denied dropping napalm on Iraqis, of course, not knowing that the beans already had been spilled. "'We napalmed both those (bridge) approaches,' said Col. James Alles in a recent interview. He commanded Marine Air Group 11, based at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station, during the war. 'Unfortunately, there were people there ...The generals love napalm. It has a big psychological effect.'" When caught out in its lie, the Pentagon replied, "Oh, you mean the firebombs. You didn't ask about those!" What's a firebomb? Napalm made with kerosene instead of gasoline, which actually produces an even more horrific weapon. Bill Clinton couldn't have said it any better.

What's more, it has become increasingly clear that America used napalm in its genocidal attack upon the civilians of Fallujah, as well. The beat goes on. After all, we're talking America here.

What do you suppose is producing those horrific burns on the Lebanese civilians being attacked by the Israeli Air Force? Yes, white phosphorus, for one, almost as bad as napalm. But if really horrible, really awful full-body burns are what you are after, nothing serves quite so well as napalm. Never mind. We're talking Israel now, which trumps even the "America" argument.

Israel's biggest-selling paper, Yedioth Ahronoth, said, "(T)he army had raised the threshold of response to Katyusha rockets. In other words: a village from which rockets are fired at Israel will simply be destroyed by fire." Fire, they said. And it isn't charcoal briquettes being dropped, either. Whether it is Israeli "fire" or American "firebombs," it burns just as horribly as what it really is: napalm. Nor is this the first time that Israel cavalierly has dropped napalm on Lebanon.

Where do the weapons inflicting those burns originate, do you suppose? You read that America sells Israel most of its weaponry. That's bad enough. What you don't read about until a year or two later is how America then forgives Israel the debt thereby created. Yes, in addition to the massive annual foreign aid Washington simply gives to Israel, not to mention the special appropriations always given to meet Israeli demands, as well as all that Israel steals from America both industrially and economically.

Then there is the massive amount of money that American Jews send to Israel for each and every conflict. (By the way, did you know that all American Jews automatically are citizens of Israel, too? Why else do you suppose all those Jewish criminals out on bail flee to Israel, whom Israel then refuses to extradite?)

And the money spent by America directly on Israel's conflicts with all of its neighbors.

Oh, yes, then there is the total cost of the current wars being waged by America upon Afghanistan and Iraq, which Americans finally have figured out were begun in response to Israeli demands, not 9/11, not weapons of mass destruction, not to save the Iraqis (far more of whom America has killed while "saving" them than Saddam ever thought of killing) and not because they are jealous of our freedom. (Again, I ask, "What freedom?") Of course, how do we assess the incalculable cost to us of the lives of our beloved sons and daughters killed in that Middle Eastern hellhole in the name of Israeli hegemony?

And don't forget the massive amount of money sent to Israel by gullible American non-Jews, particularly Christian fundamentalists hoping to hasten the Second Coming, some of whom turn a blind eye to the Israeli murder of Arab children and, incredibly enough, some of whom actually cheer on the death and destruction financed in part by their donations.

You and I pay Israel to burn Lebanese babies while they lay sleeping simply because we still pay taxes and we still make donations directly and we still allow our government to fund Israel's genocidal insanity and we still allow our government to provide the weapons, as well. Our tax dollars still at work, still creating unimaginable horror, death and destruction. Just like hiring hit men. Incredibly nasty and vicious hit men. In fact, there are some things that most hit men quite simply will not do, such as murdering women and children. Israel has no such compunctions. Nor does America have such reservations when it comes to Arabs. Nor do you and I, so long as we allow it to take place. Tell me honestly now: How do you feel about that? Are you mad yet?

Imagine your own child engulfed in fire, screaming and flopping about on the ground, with you helpless, unable to douse the flames. How long will those screams invade your mind, do you suppose? How long will your heart ache with the memory of what your child endured in those long, agonizing seconds that it took to lose consciousness, then die? How brightly will the flame of vengeance burn within your breast? This horror takes place for many people - for real - every day in the Middle East, thanks to you and me. And you ask why they hate us?

It gives me no pleasure to attach the photo at the left, of Lebanese civilians burned to death just a few days ago, but this is an image that every single American needs to have seared into his or her brain.

How long are you going to put up with the criminals now in charge of America inflicting this sort of unspeakable horror upon other human beings in your name? How long are you going to pay for it? You might as well go to Lebanon or Iraq and burn a few babies yourself - the effect is precisely the same. Oh, yes it is. Don't for a moment try to pretend otherwise.

Now are you getting mad? I hope so.

"But they're just Arabs," you might respond, as though the people being massacred with your money somehow are inferior. Yes, that is the way that Israel views them, to be sure: "Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin said in a speech to the Knesset '[The Palestinians] are beasts walking on two legs' and a former Israeli chief of Staff, Rafael Eitan, once likened Palestinians to cockroaches scurrying in a bottle." So much for the myth of poor Israel being a victim. Surely, that is enough to get you mad, isn't it?

Yep. Just Arabs. Here, aside from so many poor souls that you and I burned alive in recent days, as proven by the picture above, let me show you a picture of somebody else who is Lebanese:

"B-b-b-but ..... that .... that's ... 'That Girl!'" you exclaim. Yes. Yes, it is. Marlo Thomas, daughter of Danny Thomas, both of them beloved entertainers and performers to so many Americans. Danny Thomas was the son of two of America's many Lebanese immigrants. Legal immigrants, too, I might add. Legal immigrants who learned English and paid their own way, never once asking for a handout, all the while contributing to the intricately beautiful tapestry that once was America.

Do we now have it clear that we are not talking about barnyard animals dying horrible, agonizing deaths that you and I finance? You might as well track down Marlo and set her ablaze yourself, you know. Or would you rather hire a hit man to do the job for you? Uncle Sam and Israel both are available, it seems. For a price. A price that you and I pay every day with our taxes.

Early in 1970, then-President Richard Nixon announced that he had expanded the Viet Nam war by ordering the invasion of neighboring Cambodia. Just a few months earlier, the My Lai massacre of Viet Namese civilians by American soldiers had been disclosed, over eighteen months after it had occurred, causing a huge public outcry throughout the world.

Already seething with resentment, Nixon's expansion of the war led a great many college campuses to burst into full rebellion. Kent State University, located in Kent, Ohio, saw its Army ROTC building burnt to the ground after Ohio's governor ordered the state's National Guard onto campus.

Two days later, on May 4, 1970, during a massive campus demonstration involving approximately 2,000 students, some threw tear gas canisters back at National Guardsmen who attempted to break up the rally. Bayonets fixed, 77 Guardsmen advanced toward the crowd, then withdrew when the students refused to give ground. The crowd followed at a short distance. 29 of the guardsmen opened fire and, less than a minute later, 4 students lay dead and several others had been wounded, some quite severely. For objecting. To an unpopular war. A war in which America dropped napalm on civilians. A war in which American troops committed atrocities and war crimes. Dead. For objecting. In America.

Kent State, which so horrified middle America, marked the beginning of the end for the Viet Nam war and the beginning of the end of Nixon's presidency, though both actually were to end years later and ostensibly for other reasons. I remember, though - Kent State is where it all turned around. Yes, Nixon did get reelected after that. But only because the execrable Henry Kissinger, Nixon's Secretary of State, flat out lied to America just days prior to the 1972 election, proclaiming (about the still-raging and ever more unpopular Viet Nam war): "Peace is at hand." Desperate for peace at any price, America chose not to rock an obviously-sinking boat. It was a mistake, as time well proved. A mistake for which a great many more Viet Namese and American soldiers paid with their lives.

A mistake that we keep making, unfortunately, simply because we choose to believe what our allegedly elected officials tell us. Because Americans tend to dismiss people like myself as anti-government extremists, foaming at the mouth with disinformation. Never mind that I have been right, all along, about Bush, then Afghanistan, then Iraq and, now, Israel's treatment of Palestinian and Lebanese women and children. Never mind that people like I have been telling America the truth and the monstrously-evil cabal now astride America has been lying through puppets like George Bush. Still, people want to believe government and its lapdog controlled press.

When it comes to lies, the current American regime makes Nixon's look positively saint like. Rather than recount the many lies told us by Bush and the Satanic Neocon horde that carries him along, better I should ask you to tell me when he ever has told us the truth. And Israel? Well, lying truly is its raison d'etre. Israel's motto, in fact, is "By deception, we shall do war." Israel quite literally does not know how to tell the truth.

Speaking of Israel, take a moment now and go back up and look at those two photos of Lebanese people.

How mad did you say you are? Mad enough to make a difference? Mad enough to risk being part of another Kent State rally? Prove it.

The Moon is slightly squashed, as if someone had held it at the poles between thumb and forefinger and squeezed, flattening it around its equatorial midsection. That is not surprising. The Moon spins, and the outward centrifugal force should indeed have generated a bulge as the molten magma of a young moon cooled to solid rock eons ago.

But as far back as 1799, the mathematician Pierre-Simon Laplace noticed a back-and-forth wobbling because of the Moon’s deformed shape. Although the flattening was slight — the Moon’s width, 2,159 miles, is about 2.5 miles greater than its pole-to-pole height — it was still greater than would be expected for its current rotation period of 27 days 7 hours 43 minutes and 11.5 seconds.

“The puzzle had been the Moon was too flat,” said Maria T. Zuber, a professor of geophysics and planetary sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Space probes of the 1960’s and 1970’s found a second deformity of the Moon: it is slightly elongated along the Moon-Earth axis. That is, if the Moon were sliced in half along its equator, the cross-section would not be a circle, but more like a football, with one of the narrow ends pointing toward Earth.

But no one could come up with a completely convincing explanation for the Moon’s current shape. That is not its only mystery. Another is why its near side, which always faces Earth, is so different in material and appearance from the far side. The Moon’s origin still holds some uncertainties, although many scientists believe that it formed out of the debris when a Mars-size object struck Earth 4.5 billion years ago.

“Quite a lot of the darned thing is still quite mysterious,” said Kimmo Innanen, a professor of astronomy at York University in Toronto.

In the current issue of Science, Dr. Zuber, with Jack Wisdom and Ian Garrick-Bethell, say they have a possible answer to the problem of the Moon’s shape. Actually, they say they have several.

What Laplace did not know is that the Moon is moving away from Earth and slowing down. Years of bouncing laser beams off mirrors left on the lunar surface by the Apollo astronauts show that each year the Moon is another 1.5 inches farther from Earth.

The Moon now orbits in what astronomers call a 1:1 resonance with Earth, its orbital period equal to its rotation time so that the same side of the Moon always faces Earth.

Thus, in the past, the Moon was much closer and took less time to orbit. With the 1:1 resonance, the Moon spun faster as well, possibly explaining the bulge. But those calculations did not come with the correct answer for observed distortion along the Moon-Earth axis. “They ought to be self-consistent,” Dr. Zuber said.

One suggestion has been that the Moon by chance cooled into this somewhat odd configuration. Other solid planets like Earth are not exactly in their predicted shape either.

The M.I.T. scientists, however, say the observed distortions are larger than would be expected for chance.

Instead, they suggest that in the Moon’s early history, it traveled in an elliptical rather than a circular orbit and that it was in a 3:2 resonance, spinning three times for every two orbits.

It would have been in this resonance for only a few hundred million years at most, the scientists said, before tidal forces slowed its spin and it fell into the current 1:1 circular resonance.

Their calculations show that such an orbit would provide the necessary forces to produce the Moon’s shape. “There’s a 200-year-old problem, and we’ve got the first solution that works,” Dr. Zuber said.

They also found that orbits with higher resonances, like two spins for every orbit, could produce the same lunar shape. “It’s a bunch of families of solutions,” Dr. Zuber said.

In an accompanying commentary in Science, Dr. Innanen described the proposed solution as “ingenious.”

But Peter M. Goldreich, an emeritus professor of astrophysics and planetary physics at the California Institute of Technology, said the M.I.T. team did not explain how the Moon was caught in the 3:2 resonance. “That is a real weakness,” he said.

While an elliptical orbit and a 3:2 resonance may explain the shape, they would not explain the disparities between the Moon’s sides. The crust on the near side is much thinner, with vast plains of dark basalt, called maria (pronounced MAH-ree-uh), that erupted long ago. The crust of the far side is thicker, with many more craters; there are few maria.

Partly because of the denser basalt of the mare, the Moon’s center of mass is not at the center, but shifted by more than a mile. But how that shift occurred is unknown.

Many of the mysteries depend on a better understanding of the Moon’s early history. Under the prevailing theory that the Moon formed after something the size of Mars slammed into Earth, scientists believe that the Moon initially orbited very close, perhaps just 16,000 miles from Earth (compared with roughly 238,000 miles today) before moving outward.

David J. Stevenson, a professor of planetary science at Caltech, said the evidence for the collision theory was solid. Then he stopped. He said instead, “The argument against the alternatives is strong.”

In the past, scientists have suggested that the Moon is somehow captured gravitationally or that it formed out of material spun off from the Earth. The mysteries have persisted because little new data have been collected.

In the three decades since the Apollo Moon landings, NASA has sent only one probe, a bargain-basement one, to the Moon, the Lunar Prospector that orbited it in 1998 and 1999.

NASA’s push to send astronauts back has led to robotic missions as well, including the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, scheduled for launching in 2008. India, Japan and China are also planning robotic missions.

And that, scientists say, could lead to a scientific renaissance in the study of the Moon.

Muslims were planning to blow up a bunch of jetliners enroute from London to America - or so say George Bush and Tony Blair.

Muslims without a clue ... and they aren't the only ones, it turns out. Without a clue, that is.

What kind of bombs? TATP bombs, short for triacetone triperoxide. What's more, Bush and Blair told us that Muslims favor the TATP bomb, mixed on the spot with separate liquids. With that lie, both Bush and Blair foreclosed any possibility that the Muslims involved actually were guilty. With that lie, both Bush and Blair disclosed themselves for the treasonous, lying criminals that they are. Why? Glad you asked.

You see ... it can't be done. It quite simply cannot be done. Not in any airplane toilet. Not with any resources that might be available aboard any airplane other than Tom Swift's Flying Lab. Not with the time afforded by a Trans-Atlantic flight. And certainly - not by anybody without chemistry lab training and experience - not under the circumstances claimed, anyway.

If Muslims favor TATP bombs - and there is evidence to support the claim that Muslims use TATP bombs - then Muslims who might do so know full well the limitations and hazards inherent to such an explosive. No Muslim in his right mind would attempt what has been claimed, because he would know it can't be done - and, believe me, doing it under any circumstances would require a Muslim in his right mind. At best, the guy simply would kill himself, and do little damage to the plane's toilet. Regardless, nobody would be allowed the opportunity to spend hours in the toilet ... not aboard a jetliner. In a moment, I will prove to you why TATP simply cannot be made aboard jetliners, but first, please be really clear about the significance of that fact: that it conclusively proves Bush and Blair to be lying weasels. Not just dumb. Not just stupid. Lying, treasonous, unforgivable, murdering bastards.

"According to the official government story, TATP (triacetone triperoxide) was the explosive these conspirators were planning to manufacture aboard the airliners.

"This story is not plausible for a number of reasons, but let's take a quick look at just enough of the science so as not to provide anybody with a guide to making an actual bomb: TATP is made from hydrogen peroxide solution, acetone and sulfuric acid. The reaction can be carried out with just about any concentration, but is best done with concentrated solutions of both peroxide and acetone.

"The peroxide and acetone can be pre-mixed, but the acid must be added, a drop at a time, to the solution, all the while continuously stirring it and keeping it continuously chilled. This step of the process will take several hours, during which the fumes given off will be substantial and quite overpowering, thus a lab-quality air evacuation system is required. (ES: right here, the whole idea of a TATP bomb becomes ludicrous. Difficult in a lab, but impossible in an airplane due to the environment - the toilet - and the time requirement.)

"One then must let the resulting solution stand for an extended period at temperatures above the freezing point, but definitely below 10 Celsius (50 Fahrenheit). Above 10 Celsius, the TATP does not form; instead, diperoxide forms, which is so unstable it cannot be worked with. The time required for the reaction to go to completion is at least 24 hours and often several days.

"Once the TATP forms, it crystallizes as snowflakes from the solution and must be harvested by filtration and the liquid discarded. The TATP then is dried and carefully stored until needed. It must be stored below 10 Celsius or it converts spontaneously to the unstable diperoxide.

"There is neither the time, the workspace nor the other materials required to make TATP on an airliner. The time required, the temperatures required, the workspace required and the need to dry the chemical prior to use preclude this story being reasonable. This chemical process is much more sensitive than making, for example, nitroglycerin."

The technically proficient reading this will recognize that a necessary step has been omitted and some others have been altered in critical ways. None of these purposeful camouflages alter the ingredients or the time, care and equipment required. Nor will I describe how TATP can be fabricated beforehand and then detonated aboard an airliner in flight. After all, though we want to demonstrate the impossibility of what has been claimed, we don't want anybody actually trying this at home - and there really are some genuine whack jobs out there. After all, we elect some of them to public office.

An excellent (and humorous) on-line discussion by British writer Thomas Greene, also as to why TATP simply cannot be made aboard a plane: "Mass murder in the skies: was the plot feasible?" Mr. Greene agrees with my friend, the PhD in chemistry, and concludes his description of the process of creating TATP with: "So the fabled binary liquid explosive - that is, the sudden mixing of hydrogen peroxide and acetone with sulfuric acid to create a plane-killing explosion, is out of the question."

So it's impossible to make TATP as claimed, yet still they confiscate liquids from us, including sodas and baby formula, not to mention toothpaste and, even, lipsticks? Even if possible to make TATP as claimed, the individual smells of peroxide, acetone and sulfuric acid are obvious enough to preclude people having to be shaken down and terrorized by the airport Gestapo in this fashion. You have to wonder: Just exactly what is going on?

Incidentally, British officials often claim that the "London 7/7" train/bus bombings, without any proof whatsoever, were done by Muslims with TATP in their backpacks. Those explosions, per eyewitnesses, came from beneath the floors, where the explosive had to have been placed earlier, then detonated either remotely or via timer. And Blair fed Bush some of the lies he has been caught out in by so many. Need any more proof that Blair is a liar, as well?

Did you know that, with a huge and increasingly restless Muslim population in England, only 12% of all British Muslims arrested on terror charges ever end up being charged with a crime, while only 2% get convicted, almost always of something minor and never of anything related to terrorism? You heard about the arrests, though, didn't you? Why the difference? Because the war on terror quite simply is a war on us, not on Muslims.

In the government's eyes, we are the terrorists. In the memorable words of my buddy, Al: "The Patriot Act - so named because it was designed to find and eliminate Patriots before they expose how corrupt our government has become." Why does government fear us so? What does it know that we do not? In other words, exactly what is it that our government officials intend to do to us, such that they feel the need to create a police state so as to protect themselves from us?

Don't forget: They hate our freedoms. Bush, Blair and the others, that is. Not the Muslims. However, the Muslims are getting downright pissed about our wading into their countries, either directly or via Israel, then killing and maiming everybody in sight and destroying their villages, roads and cities. The Muslims now have every reason to hate us. Honestly - do you really blame them?

One week after 9/11, in a televised speech to Congress, Bush laid down the mantra - his justification for eternal war: "Americans are asking, why do they hate us? ... They hate our freedoms..."

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A mix of bacteria-killing viruses can be safely sprayed on cold cuts, hot dogs and sausages to combat common microbes that kill hundreds of people a year, federal health officials said Friday in granting the first-ever approval of viruses as a food additive.

The combination of six viruses is designed to be sprayed on ready-to-eat meat and poultry products, including sliced ham and turkey, said John Vazzana, president and chief executive officer of manufacturer Intralytix Inc.

The special viruses, called bacteriophages, are meant to kill strains of the Listeria monocytogenes bacterium, the Food and Drug Administration said in declaring it safe to use on ready-to-eat meats prior to their packaging.

The viruses are the first to win FDA approval for use as a food additive, said Andrew Zajac, of the regulatory agency's office of food additive safety.

The bacterium the viruses target can cause a serious infection called listeriosis, primarily in pregnant women, newborns and adults with weakened immune systems. In the United States, an estimated 2,500 people become seriously ill with listeriosis each year, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Of those, 500 die.

Luncheon meats are particularly vulnerable to Listeria since once purchased they typically aren't cooked or reheated, which can kill harmful bacteria like Listeria, Zajac said.

The preparation of bacteriophages -- the name is Greek for "bacteria-eater" -- attacks only strains of the Listeria bacterium and not human or plant cells, the FDA said.

"As long as it used in accordance with the regulations, we have concluded it's safe," Zajac said. People normally come into contact with phages through food, water and the environment, and they are found in our digestive tracts, the FDA said.

Consumers won't be aware that meat and poultry products have been treated with the spray, Zajac added. The Department of Agriculture will regulate the actual use of the product.

The viruses are grown in a preparation of the very bacteria they kill, and then purified. The FDA had concerns that the virus preparation potentially could contain toxic residues associated with the bacteria. However, testing did not reveal the presence of such residues, which in small quantities likely wouldn't cause health problems anyway, the FDA said.

"The FDA is applying one of the toughest food-safety standards which they have to find this is safe," said Caroline Smith DeWaal, director of food safety for the Center for Science in the Public Interest, a consumer advocacy group. "They couldn't approve this product if they had questions about its safety."

Intralytix, based in Baltimore, first petitioned the FDA in 2002 to allow the viruses to be used as a food additive. It has since licensed the product to a multinational company, which intends to market it worldwide, said Intralytix president Vazzana. He declined to name the company but said he expected it to announce its plans within weeks or months.

Intralytix also plans to seek FDA approval for another bacteriophage product to kill E. coli bacteria on beef before it is ground, Vazzana said.

Scientists have long studied bacteriophages as a bacteria-fighting alternative to antibiotics.

The most critical computer and communication networks used by the U.S. government and military are secured by encryption software written by an Israeli "code breaker" tied to an Israeli state-run scientific institution.

The National Security Agency (NSA), the U.S. intelligence agency with the mandate to protect government and military computer networks and provide secure communications for all branches of the U.S. government uses security software written by an Israeli code breaker whose home office is located at the Weizmann Institute in Israel.

A Bedford, Massachusetts-based company called RSA Security, Inc. issued a press release on March 28, 2006, which revealed that the NSA would be using its security software:

"U.S. Department of Defense Agency Selects RSA Security Encryption Software" was the headline of the company's press release which announced that the National Security Agency had selected its encryption software to be used in the agency's "classified communications project."

RSA stands for the names of the founders of the company: Ronald L. Rivest, Adi Shamir, and Leonard M. Adleman. Adi Shamir, the lead theoretician, is an Israeli citizen and a professor at the Weizmann Institute, a scientific institution tied to the Israeli defense establishment.

"My main area of research is cryptography – making and breaking codes," Shamir's webpage at the Weizmann Institute says. "It is motivated by the explosive growth of computer networks and wireless communication. Without cryptographic protection, confidential information can be exposed to eavesdroppers, modified by hackers, or forged by criminals."

The NSA/Central Security Service defines itself as America’s cryptologic organization, which "coordinates, directs, and performs highly specialized activities to protect U.S. government information systems and produce foreign signals intelligence information."

The fact that the federal intelligence agency responsible for protecting the most critical computer systems and communications networks used by all branches of the U.S. government and military is using Israeli-made encryption software should come as no surprise. The RSA press release is just the icing on the cake; the keys to the most critical computer networks in the United States have long been held in Israeli hands.

AFP inquired with the NSA about its use of Israeli-made security software for classified communications projects and asked why such outsourcing was not seen as a national security threat. Why is "America’s cryptologic organization" using Israeli encryption codes?

NSA spokesman Ken White said that the agency is "researching" the matter and would respond in the coming week.

American Free Press has previously revealed that scores of "security software" companies – spawned and funded by the Mossad, the Israeli military intelligence agency – have proliferated in the United States. The "security" software products of many of these usually short-lived Israeli-run companies have been integrated into the computer products which are provided to the U.S. government by leading suppliers such as Unisys.

Unisys integrated Israeli security software, provided by the Israel-based Check Point Software Technologies and Eurekify, into its own software, so that Israeli software, written by Mossad-linked companies, now "secures" the most sensitive computers in the U.S. government and commercial sector.

The Mossad-spawned computer security firms typically have a main office based in the U.S. while their research and development is done in Israel. The Mossad start-up firms usually have short lives before they are acquired for exaggerated sums of money by a larger company, enriching their Israeli owners in the process and integrating the Israeli directors and their Mossad-produced software into the parent company.

RSA, for example, an older security software company, acquired an Israeli-run security software company, named Cyota, at the end of 2005 for $145 million.

In January 2005, Cyota, "the leading provider of online security and anti-fraud solutions for financial institutions" had announced that "security expert" Amit Yoran, had joined the company's board of directors. Prior to becoming a director at Cyota, Yoran, a 34-year old Israeli, had already been the national "Cyber Czar," having served as director of the Department of Homeland Security's National Cyber Security Division.

Yoran had been appointed "Cyber Czar" at age 32 by President George W. Bush in September 2003.

Before joining DHS, Yoran had been vice president for worldwide managed security services at Symantec. Prior to that, he had been the founder, president and CEO of Riptech, Inc., an information security management and monitoring firm, which Symantec acquired in 2002 for $145 million.

Yoran and his brother Naftali Elad Yoran are graduates of the U.S. Military Academy at Westpoint. Elad graduated in 1991 and Amit in 1993. Along with their brother Dov, the Yoran brothers are key players in the security software market. Amit has also held critical positions in the U.S. government overseeing computer security for the very systems that apparently failed on 9/11.

Before founding Riptech in 1998, Yoran directed the vulnerability-assessment program within the computer emergency response team at the US Department of Defense. Yoran previously served as an officer in the United States Air Force as the Director of Vulnerability Programs for the Department of Defense's Computer Emergency Response Team and in support of the Assistant Secretary of Defense's Office.

In June 2005, Yoran joined the board of directors of Guardium, Inc., another Mossad-spawned "provider of database security solutions" based in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Guardium is linked with Ptech, an apparent Mossad "cut out" computer security company linked with the 9/11 attacks.

Ptech, a computer software company in Quincy, Mass., was supposedly a small start-up company founded by a Lebanese Muslim and funded by a Saudi millionaire. Yet Ptech's clients included all the key federal governmental agencies, including the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Naval Air Command, Congress, the Department of Energy, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, NATO, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Secret Service and even the White House.

The marketing manager at Ptech, Inc. when the company started in the mid-1990s, however, was not a Muslim or an Arab, but an American Jewish lawyer named Michael S. Goff who had suddenly quit his law firm for no apparent reason and joined the Arab-run start-up company.

Goff was the company's information systems manager and had single-handedly managed the company's marketing and "all procurement" of software, systems and peripherals. He also trained the employees. Goff was obviously the key person at Ptech.

In the wake of 9/11, during the Citizens' Commission hearings in New York, Indira Singh, a consultant who had worked on a Defense Advanced Research Project, pointed to Ptech and MITRE Corp. being involved in computer "interoperability issues" between the FAA and NORAD. At this time Ptech's ties to Arabs was the focus, and Goff was out of the picture.

"Ptech was with MITRE Corporation in the basement of the FAA for two years prior to 9/11," Singh said. "Their specific job is to look at interoperability issues the FAA had with NORAD and the Air Force in the case of an emergency. If anyone was in a position to know that the FAA – that there was a window of opportunity or to insert software or to change anything – it would have been Ptech along with MITRE."

The Mossad-run Guardium company is linked with Ptech through Goff Communications, the Holliston, Mass.-based public relations firm previously run by Michael S. Goff and his wife Marcia, which represents Guardium. Since being exposed in AFP in 2005, however, Michael's name no longer appears on the company website.

Probably because they were NOT in Pound Ridge - but in Israel. The Pound Ridge address was used to give the appearance that the Yorans were Americans. I spoke with Elad and he has a distinctive Israeli accent - not what you would expect for a guy who grew up in a posh Yankee village.

So who are the Yorans? Who are their parents and why did they come to the United States? To raise a couple high-level moles to infiltrate the most sensitive U.S. computer networks? How could they have lived for 20 years in Pound Ridge and NOT be remembered.

It's after 2 a.m. in the morning, my deadline is tomorrow, and I have been beaten up by the local police and my right elbow is sorely hurting, but I need to write down exactly what happened to me today before I go to sleep. Otherwise I will forget important details.

I was harassed, beaten, and shocked with a Tazer-like gun in my front yard before my wife and children, and then abused for 6 hours by the ADL-trained local police. I have every reason to believe it is because of my journalistic investigation into 9/11. I have been threatened before in my career as a journalist, but this is the first time I have been intentionally beaten and abused by the cops.

I have investigated 9/11 since it happened and looked into the many unanswered questions of the terror attacks. I discovered last year that I had had at least two FBI informants crawling around my house for years. This is the main reason I do not feel safe in the United States. It is also why I spend much of the time in Europe or at safe houses in this country, with fellow 9/11 researchers like Ellen Mariani and Eric Hufschmid. I have two small children.

I have only been at my old home in Hoffman Estates for a couple of weeks, mainly because my road-weary children dearly love this old red house, which is the only home they have ever known. It is just a simple Hoffman-Rosner suburban Chicago tract home that my late parents bought in 1957, but it's home.

I had noticed an unusual amount of police activity around my house since I returned. We live on a quiet side street where one might normally see a police cruiser once or twice a week. Since I returned I have noticed all kinds of police cars and devices in the immediate proximity of my house.

But yesterday there was something very unusual around my house. It was an unmarked car with three armed men with body armor driving around my block as I rode my bike to the store. Who in the heck is that? I thought to myself. It looks like they are going to my house, but I won't be there, I thought.

Then today, the same time and the same car with three men passed slowly by my house where the neighborhood kids were playing. "Hello, FBI," I said from my porch and waved.

The man in the front passenger seat waved back. I immediately alerted my wife and kids. Helje said I should stop them and ask them what they want.

For background, today I was working on two rather big stories and I made a lot of phone calls to the Embassy of Israel, the S.E.C., the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, and to an old Israeli living in New York who I have suspicions may be a key player in 9/11. I'd like to discuss this lead but I can't at this point.

All of my calls were about 9/11 related, except for the calls to the Embassy and local consulate of Israel. These were standard journalistic inquiries about Israel casualties and losses in Lebanon. The Embassy press department didn't like my questions, but I told them it's my job. I wanted to know about the number of dead and wounded and if 60 Merkava tanks had been taken out, as Hezbollah claims.

Then I also asked where exactly the two Israeli soldiers had been abducted. I told them that there were at least 15 newswire stories that said the soldiers had been captured in the Lebanese village of Aitaa al-Shaab inside Lebanon. He was surprised to hear that, too.

Apart from my un-disclosable investigation, the other calls were about how Jacob "Kobi" Alexander was able to flee with more than $60 million dollars last week, several months after it was public knowledge that he and the other Israelis working with Comverse Technology, Ltd. had swindled hundred of millions through fraudulent stock options trades. This has been going on for years, and The Wall Street Journal and Globes (Israel) reported the names and the amounts last March. For crying out loud, my newspaper, American Free Press, reported it in April 2005.

I wanted to know from the SEC and the U.S. Attorney's office how this Kobi Alexander was able to wire $60 million to his account in Israel and flee New York without any body stopping him. "If I wired $5 million to Norway the whole NSA and FBI would be all over me," I said.

The U.S. Attorney's office said they "expect" Kobi will turn himself in. Note to the wise: Don't count on it.

Kobi Alexander was one of the owners and developers of Odigo software which allowed Israelis to communicate instantly on 9/11. It was via the "buddy system" on Odigo software, which allows one to communicate to a large group of people that share a trait, such as the Hebrew language, that thousands of Israelis were warned not to go to the twin towers on 9/11.

Kobi Alexander's Mossad-linked company, Comverse Technology, was a developer and owner of Odigo since early 2000, something The New York Times does not consider to be part of "All the News that's Fit to Print." Comverse makes a black box system called the "Audio Disk" that police, intelligence and security agencies, and governments around the world, have attached to their phone networks. This simple device allows the Israeli employees of Comverse back in Tel Aviv to hear and intercept all the data being exchanged by these naive agencies...everything.

I had finished all of my calls and watched the first part of the Lou Dobb's news program on CNN and was on my way to the store, when I stepped out on the stoop and saw this threatening dark car full of obvious agents of some sort. I immediately warned my wife and kids and rode the bike to the store.

Something is not right, I said to myself, and I stopped at the local wine shop and asked to use the phone. I called 911 and told them that a strange car with armed men is driving around my neighborhood for no apparent reason. I was told that a police car would meet me at my house in 20 minutes.

I was just in my house a few minutes when the very same suspicious car stopped in front of my house and three armor-clad men stood on my driveway. I had just been calling the police department and put down the phone. I was more than a little surprised to see these armor-clad thugs on my driveway.

My wife and 8-year old daughter were already there and I asked these men who they were and why they were harassing my street. Why are you driving around with this unmarked car around my house, I asked? Who are you, anyway? They were not at all willing to identify themselves and were very confrontational, to say the least.

I ran to my front door to call my brother when the three of them tackled me and shocked me with some sort of stun-gun. The three men then sat on me and pushed my face in the dirt, handcuffed me and put me in their car.

Remember, I had called 911 because of a suspicious car in my neighborhood, a neighborhood I have known since 1957, when my parents helped found this town.

I have two small children, after all, and this car looked very threatening to me. This is what I call my normal neighborhood obligations, but I discovered that they are actually watching us. They even joked about it at the station later. "We are watching you," they said.

It should be noted that my neighborhood does not have any crime or gangs or anything of that nature that would warrant an undercover squad to patrol around my house day after day. This is why it is so suspicious. And why are they patrolling around my house?

As they pummeled me, my wife was pleading for me and my daughter was crying. I really wanted my brother, my neighbors, and my son to come help me but before even one minute had passed there were dozens of cops and firemen in my front yard.

Where did they all come from so quickly? How were so many police in my neighborhood at the same time? This is most unusual, as Hoffman Estates is spread out all over northwest Cook County, but there were at least 5 squad cars and at least 10 officers in my front yard within one minute of my being beaten up on my lawn.

Sitting in the squad car with handcuffs on is when the private abuse began. Officer Fitzgerald indulged in offending me, my late mother, a village pioneer, and then threatened to beat me.

When another officer came to the car, he told me that this guy was going to beat the ---- out of me. When I repeated what he said word for word, he would say, "I didn't say that."

He then started to drive me to the station, which is about three miles away from the old village center where I live. Bombarded with continuous verbal abuse, when I would say something from the back-seat he would slam on the brakes so that my head hit the plexi-glass separation window. Typical Chicago cop torture treatment; rough the guy up on the way to the station. This is exactly the kind of thing that I ran against when I ran for mayor of this town in 2001.

When we got to the station, there was a host of white-gloved cops waiting for me in the police garage. When Officer Fitzgerald drove in to the garage, he told the 10-12 waiting cops: "He says cops are a bunch of .. You can take care of him now."

When they took me out, I informed them that I am a journalist and will write about their treatment. The verbal abuse now came from all sides. They told me I should get out of town, etc. I told them that my dear parents had founded Hoffman Estates, but they didn't care.

When I was in the station they forcibly stripped off my belt and tore of my shirt leaving me clad only in shorts and undershirt. I asked why I was being detained and they told me that I had resisted arrest and threatened the police with my fists, two complete lies.

I was never the subject of any arrest. I had called to police to report a suspicious vehicle driving around my home!

I was thrown into a cell with no water. I asked for a drink of water and was told, "Drink from the toilet."

At midnight, an officer came to my cell and asked if I could pay $100 to get out. What I am being charged with, I asked? I called the police and they beat me up in my front yard, I protested.

My older brother had posted bail and shortly after midnight, I was pushed out onto the street with a good two-mile walk home.

I am shocked at how I was treated, because although my journalism gets me into trouble with police in many places, I have never been treated so brutally in my life. I honestly believe this brutal treatment is connected to my 9/11 research.

I intend to seek asylum in Norway or Switzerland. I can read the writing on the wall.

Several readers have written me asking that I promote Aaron Russo's new film. Well, until recently I had not seen it, and certainly I could not promote (or criticize) a film until I had an opportunity to view it. That opportunity presented itself a few days ago in the form of a private screening.

Most readers probably already know that Aaron Russo has enjoyed a distinguished career as a film producer winning Grammy, Tony, and Emmy awards. His films have starred people such as Bette Midler, Lionel Hampton, Eddie Murphy, Nick Nolte, Morgan Freeman, and many others. To date, Russo's films have been nominated for six Academy Awards, as well as seven Golden Globes. His films have won three Golden Globes and the Image Award. His latest film is a documentary entitled, "America: Freedom To Fascism."

The film begins with a critical review of two monumental events that happened in 1913: the adoption of the 16th Amendment, which has been interpreted to authorize the forced taxation of individual income and the creation of the Federal Reserve, which turned the governance of America's financial system over to a centralized private banking interest. The film intelligently and convincingly makes a strong case for the opinion that both the 16th Amendment and the Federal Reserve System are flatly unconstitutional and may not even have been legally adopted.

Russo's film then factually demonstrates how modern presidents (especially Bush I, Clinton, and Bush II) have led America out of the light of liberty and into a dark alley of fascism (hence the film's title). The film provides many examples to prove the reality of that statement.

Many very credible personalities are interviewed in the film including Texas Congressman Ron Paul, constitutional scholar Edwin Vieira, Jr. Esq., former IRS special agents and investigators, and several others. Russo also interviewed former IRS commissioners, and reviewed copious court cases, including Supreme Court cases. Predictably (for such a documentary), notable tax resistors such as Bob Schulz and Franklin Sanders were also interviewed. And, frankly, their arguments are compelling!

The overall arguments and conclusions of the film are more than convincing! It will be very difficult for anyone objectively viewing this film to attack the facts and evidence presented. And for that reason, I'm confident that both the political and financial interests of this country will hope that no one watches it!

Russo also rightly connects the dots between developments such as the USA Patriot Act, the so-called "free trade" deals such as NAFTA and CAFTA, and the business and political alliance promoting illegal immigration with the overall push toward globalism and fascism.

Congressman Paul makes a compelling argument for the proposition that America is already in the process of becoming a police state. Russo also includes some disturbing police video which helps augment Paul's point.

Russo, in thorough investigative form, interviews many people ranging from everyday folks on the street to high level government officials. He also gave people from both sides of the tax debate an opportunity to present their case.

There were only a couple of disappointments with the film. I noticed two words that will be offensive to Christian audiences. Plus, had Russo added the cross-examination by the inquisitor-esque Alabama Attorney General Bill Pryor of Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore, churches and pastors would more quickly be able to identify with this film. And if any group of people needs to see and take to heart Russo's film, it is today's pastors and churches!

My other disappointment was with the way the film ends. I won't spoil the ending for those who have yet to see it, but, personally, I felt Russo could have done a better job with the film's conclusion.

The film runs for about one hour and forty five minutes. It is quite refreshing to see a first-rate documentary film which reveals the truth about the very real efforts of elites from both major parties and from international bankers to turn America into a fascist, globalist state, which is exactly what they are doing! I applaud the film and heartily recommend it! I further encourage Mr. Russo to produce a sequel and to seek assistance from likeminded Christians who can help him bring in those elements that will help his message connect with pastors and churches.

Russo's film is debuting in several major cities across the country over the next few weeks. If you have an opportunity to see it, by all means do so! If you are a real American, the film will anger you (as it was designed to do) and also challenge you to not sit passively by as international elitists steal our country out from under us. CISA is dedicated to sustaining agriculture and promoting the products of small farms. Although small organic farming is especially hard work, organic farmers enjoy all the health advantages of eating, tasting and even smelling the best food in the world: their own.

Eating organic food is a powerful way to ensure that your food has not been genetically modified and will optimize your health. Also:

Demand is high for organic foods these days, but a problem many people have with organic food is the expense. However, a diet based on whole organic foods does not have to be cost-prohibitive for the average family or single consumer. One way to keep costs down is to visit farmers' markets and use Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs.

Another advantage of doing this is that, when you buy local food, it is fresher since it did not have to be transported many pointless miles to get to you. This improves both its health value and its taste.

A cowboy got pulled over by a state trooper. The trooper started to lecture the cowboy about his speeding , and in general began to throw his weight around to try to make the cowboy feel uncomfortable. Finally, the trooper got around to writing out the ticket.

As he was doing that, he kept swatting at some flies that were buzzing around his head.

The cowboy said, "Having some problem with circle flies there, are ya?" The trooper stopped writing the ticket and said, "Well yeah, if that's what they are. I never heard of circle flies."

So the cowboy says, "Well, circle flies are common on ranches. See, they're called circle flies because they're almost always found circling around the back end of a horse."

Then after a minute, he stops and says, "A re you trying to call me a horse's ass?"

The cowboy says, "No, Sir. I have too much respect for law enforcement and police officers to even think about calling you a horse's ass." The trooper says, "Well that's a good thing," and goes back to writing the ticket.

So, while they are allegedly protecting the planes, they are deliberately endangering the terminals.

Section 1520a. Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents

(a) Prohibited activities The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract) -

Selling raw, unpasteurized milk is illegal in 25 states and the District of Columbia.

But many are such devotees of the health value and taste of raw milk that they are willing to break the law, or use creative means to get around the restrictions, in order to obtain it.

Raw milk advocates have tried selling it as pet food, selling it frozen (legal since it is not in "final consumable form") and selling cow shares, because in most states farmers can drink unpasteurized milk from their own cows.

Raw milk appeals to those who seek natural and unprocessed foods. Advocates of raw milk are attempting to legalize it in Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Nebraska, North Carolina and Maryland.

There have been some cases of bacterial infection from raw milk. However, Sally Fallon, president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, argues that cows raised on pasture grass, rather than in pens eating corn, will produce milk that is healthy and pathogen-free.

The Weston A. Price foundation points out that pasteurized milk "is associated with allergies, increased tooth decay, colic in infants, growth problems in children, osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease and cancer."

In this issue of the newsletter you will find another article on soda in which I explain how I feel it is the worst fluid you could possibly drink. Well, pasteurized milk is not far behind.

From my perspective there just simply is not any rational justification to ever drink pasteurized milk, even organic pasteurized milk. Once you heat milk to pasteurize it there is serious damage that is done to the fragile milk proteins that actually cause it to function as a potent allergen. That is one of the main reasons why milk is the most common allergy.

Even if you start with organic milk from grass-fed cows, once you heat it the milk is ruined and should not be consumed.

Additionally, the pasteurization process virtually eliminates the good bacteria normally present in the milk and radically reduces the micronutrient and vitamin content of this healthy food. I encourage you to read my past articles to learn why you don't want to drink pasteurized milk, and why raw milk is becoming more popular in the United States.

Fortunately, no matter how far public health officials will go to discredit the benefits of raw milk, a growing number of Americans are choosing natural dairy sources, even though they may be breaking the law.

But when lack of availability, expense and legal ramifications don't frighten people away from raw milk, the "experts" don't hesitate in resorting to health scares in an attempt to make people turn to milk that's pasteurized.

If you're unable to find a local source for raw milk, one of the finest sources of calcium available for humans, visit the Real Milk site to find a provider close to you. As Sally Fallon notes, grass-fed cows, rather than those stuck in pens eating corn, are your healthiest, pathogen-free sources for raw milk.

Fortunately in ALL states farmers can drink unpasteurized milk from their own cows. In fact, there is no law against anyone drinking raw milk, just against selling it in some states. You can purchase raw milk in stores in 8 states: CA, AZ, NM, ME, PA, WA, SC, CT. You can also go to realmilk.com to find a source for raw milk nearest you.
